      Pros

      Invest time in elevating employees within. Diversified manufacturing allows for growth in different business segments if interested in other fields to explore. A highly competitive environment could be a CON too, for some.

      Cons

      The 80/20 concept. Although at its core it is meant to help prioritize tasks/projects, it often gets taken literally and used for tasks employees do not want to complete right away. The misuse of this concept creates a hostile environment for collaborative efforts.
