Great benefits and good social responsibility programs. They did a GREAT job protecting workers as COVID progressed.

Cons

Very large corporation so the decisions at our individual business units don't always make sense and change is slow - but that's probably normal for corps. Also we've been locked in a rather archaic review/merit structure so gaining ground salary wise is slow.
