People, lack of processes, favoritism, lack of communication from corporate.

ITW used to talk about how they valued their people. That is no longer the case. It has become very apparent that with the reorganization currently going on that employees are no longer looked at as anything but an overhead number. There is ZERO regard for the people who have dedicated them selves to this company. The employees are not working for free I realize that. But there used to be an appreciation for the efforts and sacrifice made by employees working long hours and weekends. It is very clear that management does not care about the people
