      Pros

      You will be given a lot of free will to fix what needs to be fixed. However they're extremely cheap almost to the point it's detrimental to the business

      Cons

      They try to combine roles that should not be in order to "save" and make the numbers look good. Then they're surprised when people leave

      Some coworkers, learn new skills on your own

      Cons

      Everything sucks about the place. No room for improvement. Everyone gets raises except the main key players. Team leads abuse power and get hard workers fired because they don’t like them. HR ACTS BLIND!

      Don’t work for ITW

      Pros

      You can cheat on your spouse without any consequences. They allow lots of love affairs at ITW. NOT A PRO BTW

      Cons

      Itw sucks. People are horrible, management is horrible. They don’t give a crap about employees there. You are literally just a number. Favorites are treated like top dogs. Watch out for them. They don’t pay you the way you should get paid. Don’t like to give out raises when they say they are, tax your checks like no other, and pretty much screw you over. DO NOT WORK FOR ITW.
