      Great value of seeing finance as a business partner; able to be involved in operations; Key values are aligned to my beliefs

      Cons

      There is a lot of travel which is good and key for relationship building but not for everyone long term

      Pros

      The benefits are great and the opportunity to meet new people is a plus. Great opportunity to see how a business should not be run.

      Cons

      Management is all about the numbers and not about their people. Little room for growth. Major turnover. Pay is not competitive with the market. If you are salary and not working at least 60 hours a week, you aren't worth their time and money (per management). Everyone is out for themselves and will sacrifice an employee to save their job and bonus.

      Weekly pay check , vacation time, paid hollidays

      Cons

      Some of the who work in the office, show favoritism promote unqualified people because friendships, pass mistakes on to other people so their friends don't get in trouble. location causes them to run and over work short handed shifts
