      Used to be the autonomy and entrepreneur culture. Not anymore.

      Limited room for advancement now that they have decided to change direction after 100 years of success.

      Decent compensation package and company car Decent benefit package Decentralized business run like a small company with large corporation financial support Many Chicagoland locations Lower level employees treated well

      Cons

      Senior management is allowed (even encouraged) to treat mid management poorly. They are cult like in their toolbox application. Senior management is arrogant enough to walk away from largest accounts due to ego instead of being willing to be flexible to toolbox applications.
