      Pros

      Employee benefits are competitive and community support is good.

      Cons

      Business units are decentralized so this review may not be applicable to locations other than the one I have experience with. The unit I worked in was very autocratic from the top. Employees were not recognized or appreciated for contributions. People were numbers, not names. ITW trains employees on ethics expectations; however, this was not followed by the top mgr for this location.

      Pros

      There used to be pro's. Before the changes it was a fun place to work., now its just a place where everyone feels on edge. You learn a lot, but its only good for a short term job then its time to move on

      Cons

      Low Paying and you're expected to do a lot - people have favourites and its very noticeable, so others get left out - if you're older you get thrown to the back with no opportunities - good for graduates .... if they stay.

      Eurocentric work environment, limited opportunities for advancement for POC, job opportunities and promotions not based on merit
