      Pros

      Amazing benefits and the cooperate structure of ITW is great. it seems like the higher ups are doing wonderfully. They throw money around like it's going out of style.

      Cons

      The lower employees get stepped on to make it great for the higher ups. Horrible wages and very impersonal treatment of the employees.

      flexibility , good work life balance. ITW have a strong driven culture, meritocratic and performance oriented. they have aggressive growth targest

      Cons

      boring work, not keeping up with technology, I have no idea what management are doing, I am not told enough about new initiatives

      Only good for learning new things in Stokvis tapes Inida Pvt limited which will not help to develop career. Only for Internal use.

No Humanity 6. comparatively no good salary for work men 7. No recognition 8. No career growth 9. Worst politics 10. Inablity of Management team(HODs) 11. Change of policies very frequent. 12. New joiners are advised to read all the policies and accept the appoinment
