      Pros

      Globally recognized company with a great history.

      Cons

      A very non cozy feel. No comradery amongst staff. Employees all seem eager to leave and many staff come in late and leave early. Doesn't appear anyone wants to be doing their work. No room for promotion. Many of staff have been there 20-30 years doing pretty much same thing when they started. VERY DEPRESSING!

      Well known,Global company, outstanding benefits program, professional corporate structure

      Cons

      Terrible job training if any, No room for promotion ,Technology is way behind other companies, sales department lacks staff, lower than normal wages, company driven by accountants, upper management controls your destiny, expected to handle many other job descriptions, middle management answers to accounting rather than working with upper management to align and strengthen the business.
