      There is always a lot of work to be done so it's never boring. The best part is the amazing people you get to work with - brains, talent, and a whole lot of heart.

      On the odd occasion, the highest level of management has difficulty looking outside the box where its workers are concerned.

      - Clear set of values and adheres to them

      Cons

      - The Toolbox is very focused on cost cutting and while not focusing enough on growth - Lack of clear paths for advancement - New business strategy changing culture that made it successful. Divisions are getting too large and added admin resources add more difficulty to get results for customers.
