Pros

They have very good benefits for both traditional and non-traditional families. Excellent advancement opportunities for those who can talk the talk without necessarily walking the walk.

Cons

To many people kissing their way up the ladder. Management could care a less about a quality program and the people they use to walk up the ladder.

Pros

If you are close to retirement and need a place to ride it out, this is the place. Absolutely no work happens at this place.

Cons

Extremely poor IT leadership. Too many grey areas of responsibility and no vision for the future. Add in constant contradictions and you have a recipe for disaster.
