      Pushed by corporate overlords to run very lean leaves many open opportunities for talented people to fill in the many needs and excel.

      Growing division, lots of new business

      Cons

      Extremely understaffed, General Manager is working in a manufacturing plant for the first time and has a huge learning curve on what it takes to run a manufacturing plant sucessfully. Money is spent on remodeling the conference rooms and personal iPads and iphones instead of adding needed equipment to the plant floor. A culture of fear has developed leaving little room for cooperation or teamwork.

      Pros

      I am sure there are some but right now I honestly can think of none of them. I guess a good thing would be that it's pretty easy to get a job here. This is where BP Staffing service sends most everyone who needs a job and doesn't mind factory work.

      Cons

      Management on all levels needs to be completely overhauled! That's the best place to start. If they got rid of all the bad decision makers at the top and held people who make bad decisions accountable, that would help this place immensely! Also there needs to be better disciplining of those who steal, lie, and cheat the system there. Corruption at this place is rampant. If you say something about it then you are looked at as the "bad guy". I have worked in 3 other factories before this one and in all honesty this has to be the worst one there is.
