      Pros

      Globally recognized company with a great history.

      Cons

      A very non cozy feel. No comradery amongst staff. Employees all seem eager to leave and many staff come in late and leave early. Doesn't appear anyone wants to be doing their work. No room for promotion. Many of staff have been there 20-30 years doing pretty much same thing when they started. VERY DEPRESSING!

      Used to be the autonomy and entrepreneur culture. Not anymore.

      Limited room for advancement now that they have decided to change direction after 100 years of success.
