Pros

They run as divisions with little interaction with other divisions. This keeps the company like more of a medium sized organization.

Cons

Total lack of investment from corporate. They buy companies with some technological advantage and don’t invest to make it better. Total lack of appreciation for long term employees. I was not a long term employee but I have seen many pushed out.

Lower salary compared to many other companies. It is a revolving door of employees at all levels and departments.
