      Outstanding until business model changed.

      Pros

      Decentralized business units and a flat org chart created a free market within the company, rewarding outstanding performance and allowing entrepreneurship. 80/20 methods were simple and could be applied in so many productive ways.

      Cons

      Business model is moving away from decentralized business units, making it more difficult for entrepreneurial leaders.

      Pros

      Devcon products are top notch. Permatex products very good. Friendly people but untrusting environment. ITW Benefits are solid.

      Cons

      Poor top management. Currently restructuring. Brands being destroyed. Cash Cow mentality. Sales Managers are wet behind the ears. Employees live in fear that their job will be gone at any moment.
