Pros

This company has adequate overall Medical benefits with a good 401 plan to match. Parking is ok and most people are friendly in this particular location.

Cons

My feeling is that the pay-scale is a little below industry standards based for the amount of work preformed and expected from management. Reviews don't seem to be automatically set at regular intervals as promised and employees have to ask for them.

Pros

Excellent working environment, constantly learning. Second term at the tech center got more demanding which in my opinion was good. Great management. Much better then an internship that just has you filing, you will get to work hands on and on actual projects.

Cons

Work load varied. Occasionally a week of lots to do and a week with very little to do. My understanding is the internship experience varies greatly with who you're working under.
