      The opportunity to be part of an exciting business, with a great team

      Pros

      -I feel my opinion is appreciated -The opportunity to participate in high profile projects, on cool new technologies -The values are in line with my own, and this makes everything so much easier -The team is full of great people, not just great workers -Working on cool, new technologies gives me the opportunity to learn

      Cons

      -A distributed team means that you don't always get to meet everybody -It also means there is a struggle to get everyone integrated -Working on cool, new technologies requires constant experimentation and learning, so there is a constant effort to keep up to date, on top of hitting deliverables.
