      Pros

      ITX is brimming with great people. Everyone is kind and caring and looking to support one another -- as well as the company's overall growth. It's also a very flexible work environment that has has been remote-first for a very long time. So long as you get your work done and do a great job, nobody is inspecting whether you're "at your desk" or available in chat or whatever.

      Cons

      As the company has growth, it seems like a lot of decision making has remained consolidated at the higher levels of the org chart. This is something ITX is actively working on, however, with one of our core goals for 2023 being to empower decision making as low as possible in the organization. Part of this effort involves distributing accurate data broadly, so those decisions can be made quickly and effectively as close as possible to the work being performed.

      Great values based and ethical organization

      Pros

      ITX is always looking to improve, it knows it isn't perfect, but listens to ideas and is always open to suggestions to be better. ITX has a great work-life balance and truly supports team members. ITX is an organization that takes its values seriously living them as best it can - not perfectly but when missteps happen, they clean up the mess. ITX is focused on providing value to its clients and team members. If you are looking for a great place to work rooted in values and a focus on making a difference with clients and their users ITX would be a great company to join. A key indicator of these facts is that there are many ITXers who left and returned to ITX because they realized what they lost.

      Cons

      The company is very collaborative and engages people at all levels. This can be good generally, but it also can make some things take longer to get done because everyone is given a chance to provide input.
