      Pros

      When the business is down. The owner keeps you working he moved you from camp camp. He don’t like to fire anybody or lay anyone off. He tries to put them to other camps to keep them working. He’s an excellent owner and manager as well.

      Can’t we don’t get raises that often.

      Pros

      Allows you to pick up weeks. This can be good if you are working 3 weeks on 3 weeks off and want to pick up 2 extra weeks.

      Cons

      A lot of politics, Head Cooks can be militant but arent very good cooks.
