Pros

Money is very good, staff are all very friendly and always there to lend a hand when you need to talk to someoneT he leaders of the business are very experinced and make working in iceland a very pleasent experience. A very good company work for love every second off it.

Cons

Bonus card is sometimes hard to get as most customers are more interested in paying for there shopping instead of rummaging about in there purse for a card. Apart from that nothing.

Pros

Iceland truly is the best place to work. There are the right amount perks - holidays, progression, bonuses for best stores etc. The opportunities to progress are endless - if you work hard you can be a leader within months.

Cons

Contracts are 7.5 hours per week, which for some can be problematic. I never worked to my contract - as there were basically unlimited hours available most of the time. Make yourself available and accessible and you will have no issues.
