This job didn't have any pros.

Cons

They have the nerve to put "competitive salary" in the job description and pay people $9/hr. They should be ashamed of themselves. How do you expect grown folks to live off of that? Also the area where the ID specialist worked was depressing. The computers and desks were ancient. I don't understand how a company can make money off of the work we do, not pay us well and then have the nerve to have us in a terrible work environment. I hope FSU contracts with another photography company because Iconic Group does not deserve our money.

Very flexible with scheduling. Temporary in nature.

Cons

Management is pretty strict with the temporary workers. There is definite micromanagement throughout. They monitor you closely from their computer and will yell across the room if they see staying on one thing too long. High turnover rate because the work is boring.
