Pros

Great Great People. This is my second stint with Iconixx and it is based solely on how they take care of their people. Great atmosphere. They keep the employees involved in the direction of the company and the overall company goals.

Cons

Challenges of a small company....if you aren't self motivated, this isn't for you.

Pros

I work with amazing people. Our company culture rocks! Positive energy. Iconixx is an extremely collaborative work environment.

Cons

The Marketing Department is very aggressive. Keeping up can be a challenge at times but ultimately provides a tremendous amount of learning experience.

Pros

There are one or two managers that are really great to work with. The others make Iconixx an impossible place to be happy and succeed.

Cons

Iconixx is full of unhappy customers and employees who are promised things that never happen. Management comes off great during the interview process and makes all kinds of promises that never come true. However, the actual work environment is terrible and the level of support is even worse. As soon as I have something else lined up, I will be leaving Iconixx and not looking back.
