- Very opened about what is going on - 99% of the people that work there seem to be willing to help - Management encourages employees to think of new ways of making their current processes more efficient - Family first mentality

Pros

I have been with Iconixx for a long time. There have been some lean tears but the lead team has kept the faith in their vision of the product and it has paid off. The work environment, whether local or remote, is supporting and nurturing. There is an unlimited potential for growth.

Cons

I must enter five words for Cons. I have exceeded expectations, just like Iconixx!

Good Company and Great Opportunity

Pros

I joined a year ago and enjoy the truly open door policy where I have the freedom to go talk to any department. The office is casual and people can feel free to move about and talk to others. Friday lunches are a time when the whole company gets together to chat about anything other than work. The work is challenging, and requires a good work ethic. People are treated fairly and I have never seen anyone get angry when something goes wrong. Instead I see people pull together and help solve the problem.

Cons

As a small startup the company is resource constrained which can be stressful at times both in dealing with workload and customers. The medical benefits are not top tier, though I feel the company is trying to offer the best benefits they can afford. Because the office is small, and there has been some turnover, closed doors can cause a bit of gossip.
