Pros
I've worked in the Sales Performance Management (SPM) industry for over 10 years across 4 companies. Coming to Iconixx was like slipping into a shoe custom fit for me.

Cons
Travel is almost non existent. This is a big "Pro" for me but for some jet setters it might be considered a "Con".
