You must have left Iconixx in early 2016 or even earlier than that. We rolled out a 4 day training program in July of 2016. Our employees were the first ones to attend the class, but we have customer classes, too. Customers and employees who have attended the 4 day class have raved about it. Customer comments include "the most beneficial, interactive training I have ever attended for any product." Satisfaction surveys rate the class 4.9 on a 5.0 scale. We also revamped product documentation and made it available in the software itself. We are piloting a second class now.
Our 5 newest team members, three who started this week, are attending both training classes this week and next. We have plans to add additional courses to the curriculum, as well.
I agree that we hire amazing people and am happy to update you on the advancement of our training program.
