Pros

Great management team! Senior leadership has a great vision and are very down-to-earth. Young, energetic company. Co-workers are very friendly, promoting a positive work environment. If you work hard and excel, you are rewarded and recognized accordingly. Inspiring culture focused on helping customers succeed.

Cons

Weekly lunches are incredibly hard to resist for the calorie-conscious types!

Pros

Iconixx is led by a seasoned CEO who has successfully implemented strong growth strategies for more than half a dozen companies and is often consulted by other leadership teams for guidance. A close knit culture where strong performance is recognized and rewarded has been a consistent attribute of the leadership team led by the current CEO. While hard work is always rewarded, the team at Iconixx has always enjoyed a relaxed work environment where fun and enjoyment in your every day position is encouraged. Most importantly an "open door" policy has been a consistent factor where discussing ideas for improvement and growth of the company has always been encouraged.

Cons

This is an environment where strong teamwork is encouraged and performance is rewarded. Be prepared to challenge yourself each day to be better than you were the previous day and focus on the value you bring to the team.

Pros

Tenure of the team, work together VERY well, there is a cohesion and dedication we each contribute which has been the "secret sauce" out of the gate. Exciting product enhancements coming, new partner ventures, the company has found its groove.

Cons

No big investments in marketing, which is okay. Iconixx is not a 'transaction' focused company starving for net new logos. We focus on true partnerships.
