Pros

Iconixx has a great company culture. This has been my first position where I truly felt the Leadership team actually cared about my career path, and didn't just use me as a pawn. Being a startup, you definitely have to bring you A Game - but as long as your open to constructive criticism and maintain a growth, business mindset - then this is the Eutopia of places to work. Leadership team makes sure employees are happy doing their job function, and are willing to be flexible based on your competencies. Leadership team provides Grade A coffee + snacks + free lunch on Fridays / Game room, so no boiler-room sweatshop atmosphere here. Great People, Great Purpose, Great Passion.

Cons

Not sure if it's a con, but one thing that would just put the icing on the cake, would be like 1 day/month or week where you could work remotely. Austin Traffic sucks, and sometimes working at home in the PJ's would be a nice relief -- Other than that there's not a single aspect of Iconixx that I would change

Pros

- Employees are friendly and when everyone gets the chance to spend some time not working, they really enjoy one another's company - Pay is better than some competitiors

Cons

-60 to 70 hour weeks - No work/life balance - Expect you to work holidays and weekends frequently - Must be available at all hours - Poor organization and communication between different sections of company

Pros

I have been with Iconixx for 5 years from it's beginning. Iconixx has been a great place to work, I have been promoted 3 times in those 5 years. I came from an entrepreneurial background of owning a business for 6 years, and I wanted to work with a company that had the same feel yet provide the support and infrastructure of corporation so that I could grow and be successful. Iconixx has been the perfect fit for me because it is able to offer both of these important career components. The leadership is very fair, we have the opportunity to have face to face interaction with our CEO and other Executive Team. For the past 5 years Iconixx and it's leadership has backed everything they told from day 1. This experience and interaction has resulted in building a tremendous amount of trust and loyalty with me from and employee-employer relationship.

Cons

Iconixx is a start -up and we are still working on internal process improvement. This might be a difficult for someone to manage and is use to a more regimented/routine role and environment.
