I love our ability to change, while maintaining our performance and mission. The projects and clients are from different industries and we get pulled in to work on some of their most challenging initiatives. Collaborative environment where decisions are made as a team not a single leader. The management is extremely caring and transparent - schedules, decisions and relevant information are shared throughout the company. In a very challenging year, Icreon has shown its true integrity through its treatment of employees and doing the right thing, especially once COVID pandemic started.

Cons

I’ve had my share of stress related issues from the beginning of my work here. Mostly it was caused by misunderstanding from my side, it is always a good idea to have the core processes mapped out with the related procedures.
