Working at Icreon has been an incredibly frustrating and demoralizing experience. The management team consistently showed a complete disregard for addressing the real issues faced by employees, leaving us feeling ignored and undervalued. The software we were tasked with developing and maintaining was plagued with numerous bugs and glitches. Despite repeatedly raising these concerns, management failed to prioritize fixing the problems, resulting in constant frustration and inefficiency in our work. Our suggestions and feedback were brushed aside, with no meaningful actions taken to resolve the issues. Furthermore, the lack of attention from management was evident in their failure to provide necessary resources and support. We were often left to fend for ourselves, lacking the tools and guidance needed to succeed in our roles. Requests for additional training or assistance were met with indifference, further exacerbating the challenges we faced. The dismissive attitude from management was also reflected in their unwillingness to listen to our ideas and suggestions. Our insights and expertise were disregarded, as they preferred to dictate decisions without considering the valuable input we could provide. This not only hindered our professional growth but also resulted in subpar products and solutions being delivered to clients. Additionally, the lack of transparency and open communication within the company was disheartening. Important information and updates were withheld, leaving employees in the dark about significant changes or developments. Attempts to seek clarification or raise concerns were met with defensiveness or indifference, further eroding trust and morale. Overall, my experience as an employee at Icreon was deeply frustrating and demotivating. The management's refusal to address real issues, disregard for employee well-being, and lack of effective communication created a toxic work environment. I would caution others considering employment with Icreon to carefully evaluate their options and seek opportunities elsewhere.
