Pros

You don't have to sell, and the benefits are okay.

Cons

Way too much drama, especially from 'leadership'. It is hard to believe so much shenanigans going on for a big company, and most of it is in management. Customer Service is really bad, look for another way in if you want to work here.

Pros

Pay and benefits, dress code was casual which was nice.

Cons

Work life balance, no flexibility with scheduling, inconsistent schedule (hours change everyday, notified two weeks in advance) management is not willing to implement change, horrible morale, minimal chance of job advancement.

Pros

The pay is a little better than most call centers.

Cons

There is a deep culture of distrust, and it starts with the supervisors and leaders. Rumors are out of control and they end up hurting people, as investigations are hatched, and there is a double standard, and it is not a level playing field.
