- Stability for most positions - Great work life balance and working hours - Compensation is close to market for many positions - Many great and talented people who are enjoyable to work with

Cons

- The same great and talented people are being psychologically beat to a pulp by incompetent managers - Always being treated like a 10 year old - Micro management at every level - HR is feared and has too much power - Limited career opportunities unless you say "yes" to everything - Company does not value skill and education

Fair compensation package and pay.

Cons

I spent 11 dedicated years with IPCO and gave them 110% back of what they gave to me. Every annual and mid year review was exemplary, never a customer complain nor conflict with a co-worker. In return, I was treated like a criminal and forced out of the company and to this day I don't know why and they can't tell me. I lost my career, my retirement, my future and my house all due to being a "valued" employee.

Used to be competitive salary. With cost of living increases in the area, now it's adequate.

Cons

Good job when corporate is out of the picture, but be ready to get "opportunities" to take on extra work since they're afraid to fully staff departments for the actual work load
