Pros

Used to be competitive salary. With cost of living increases in the area, now it's adequate.

Cons

Good job when corporate is out of the picture, but be ready to get "opportunities" to take on extra work since they're afraid to fully staff departments for the actual work load

Pros

Generally, at the highest levels, a well run company that pays well.

Cons

Middle management do not get along, creating silos that are difficult to break while trying to be productive. Many years of tenure combined with people that don't play well together has made this a very un-supportive and non-collaborative place to work. Has gotten much worse recently.

Pros

The pay is a little better than most call centers.

Cons

There is a deep culture of distrust, and it starts with the supervisors and leaders. Rumors are out of control and they end up hurting people, as investigations are hatched, and there is a double standard, and it is not a level playing field.
