Stable company with decent benefits and good pay.

Cons

Leadership in Customer Service is terrible, they manage through fear, they over-control everything, there are multi-generational forces at play which make working here feel more like you're a member of a family, a very dysfunctional family. Leadership in Customer Service lacks integrity, and it shows daily in the ugliest ways. Avoid if you can.

They pay really well and have a structured wage increase process. The benefits are amazing and they offer a pension. The people are great too.
