Pros

You don't have to sell, and the benefits are okay.

Cons

Way too much drama, especially from 'leadership'. It is hard to believe so much shenanigans going on for a big company, and most of it is in management. Customer Service is really bad, look for another way in if you want to work here.

Pros

Certainly a stable company as it is a public utility.

Cons

Management in the technical areas is very poor, SAP experience is weak and business acumen is far blow average. This is not a good employer if you're not family related to someone in leadership, and those relationships seem to be everywhere. This is not a good employer if you are a woman either.

Pros

Pretty good benefits, pay is OK

Cons

Too much internal conflict with managers makes getting anything done really difficult. Very territorial leadership, and technical skills within the management team is weak. Your skills will diminish if you're here for too long.
