Idaho Power operates with integrity and cares about its customers and communities. The people they hire are smart and work hard, which is a good thing because there's lots of work to do with all of the growth in Southern Idaho.

Cons

With all of the retirements in the last few years, we've lost a lot of industry knowledge. On the plus side, along with the challenges that means a lot more opportunities for new people to learn and advance.
