There are a lot of good people to work with and most are very helpful. Good community. I enjoy my job, there is always something to learn if you choose, and enough variety to not get bored.

Cons

Some managers have a “Do more with less” mentality. Sometimes it doesn’t feel like non-managerial positions are as important or vital or valued by managers.

High paying jobs for high school and college flunkies

Cons

Much the talent left. Really unexperienced leadership. No where but here would people have the high paying jobs and that’s why they stay
