Pros

Benefits, pay, co-workers, pension, affordable parking, hybrid schedule.

Cons

Industry is in a growth period resulting in fast paced changes compared to past decades. Lots of new leaders, employees and challenges. Stressful environment at times but the pros definitely outweigh the cons

Pros

Unified messaging from management in terms of goals, clean work environment, decent tools to work with, generally left alone to finish tasks.

Cons

Too much work and not enough people to cover it all. Spread too thin across many responsibilities and technologies. Promotional opportunities very limited, same with lateral transfers to other teams. IT forces everyone into technological compliance, no chance to have your voice heard. Stress and expectations increase as you progress here. Average benefits package.
