Unfortunately, Evoke does not have a great or successfully organized order of operations. Upper management says yes to things that are out of scope or just downright not in your job description for the sake of gaining more clients and revenue, however, when it comes to actually following through on how or what resources you and your team will need to follow through on these big promises made, no help is given and your treated like an imbecile if you cannot succeed. They reward you for being 'scrappy' and a 'self-starter' when in reality that means you'll have to figure things out by yourself. Don't expect a raise or promotion unless you really fight for it, and even then you can expect the bare minimum.
