Pros

You get to work with some big name clients, non-management coworkers are friendly and caring and there's room for advancement since the company is small.

Cons

If you notice that some of the five star reviews read very similar, it's probably because they were written by management or an employee told to write it by them. The company owner and 2nd in command even gave the company a 5 star review on facebook to raise the review score. Management is too concerned with the outward appearance of the company and it's hurting the company culture. Successes are never done by one employee, they're only used to make the owner look good. The company owner takes business too personally and has a huge problem with micromanaging. She often says things that are not true or blown out of proportion to make herself or the company look good. What's worse is that she's passed her poor management skills onto her 2nd in command who talks down to everyone and is just plain mean. There are little to no benefits with this job and the wages are low for the area and the industry. Turnover is higher here than at other agencies because management has the attitude that employees are replaceable. Employees complain that the job is so stressful that it makes them sick/cry alot and many of them feel guilty for going home at the normal time. There's alot of talk about the open door policy and how they only hire/work with nice people, but that's really part of the outward appearance and isnt followed through on during the work day.

Pros

The team was very open to new people and were always very encouraging. Sadly, the same could not be said for the two top people of the company.

Cons

There is an open door policy, but the majority of staff did not feel comfortable speaking with management. The owner gave unrealistic goals and the staff was never fully allowed to check out of work on the weekends. It was ridiculous and unbelievable that the staff would feel guilty for taking their deserved lunch break because management turned their nose up at it. Management did not value their staff's talent or feeligns.

Terrible Leadership

Pros

Learn a lot but mainly because you are thrown into it with unrealistic expectations.

Cons

Leadership is extremely terrible. Managers micro manage and treat you like children. The owner of the company preaches openess and that her door is ways open, however once candid with her she uses it against you and takes constructive criticism way too personally. There is little organization, direction or team rapport.
