I can not recommend. As mentioned, I felt Kelly always had a genuine interest in the company and her staff. However, it is very rare that anyone gets promoted or moves ahead when they are doing work that is above and beyond. The work is "busy work", but not interesting and sustainable for the long run. If you're mid or senior level in your career this will not be challenging enough. They are constantly asking for feedback but NEVER change. I promise you, this job is not worth it. Oh - and they just laid off SEVERAL employees.

Remember when I said I liked the people here? Well don’t get too attached to anyone because the turnover here is absolutely insane. People realize very quickly how toxic the environment is here, so they leave as fast as humanely possible. They also just fired 11 people in one day on the day of their holiday party so there’s that too. As someone else explained here, I left this job feeling like I was coming out of a toxic relationship. All of my personal relationships suffered while I worked here because I would come home sad and depressed most nights and wouldn’t want to do anything.
