Not sure I can think of many.

Leadership is more worried about funding personal 80's rock concerts than investing in updates on software

Pros

3 hour quarterly meetings where they tell you how much the company has profited through their "acquire and fire" method

Cons

Idera purchases good companies only to fire the employees and change the software to a yearly renewal model, destroying trust and increasing cost for customers. Most support teams are now Upwork hourly employees outsourced, and most problems are never solved. Salary isn't competitive for the market or role. The office is full of circa 1990 cube farms. Company culture is atrocious; they care more about EBITA than they do about their customers.

Pros

The location is not that bad.

Cons

No raises for entire company, no 401(k) match, PTO is provided via policy but time off isn’t permitted. Company exist to grow via acquisitions and then to be sold one day. Everyone is expected to work insane hours but only a handful of people reek the benefit of the looming sale.
