Idera provides a motivational culture which recognizes personal and company achievements while keeping things fun to balance the grind and stress that is inherent within sales. The company’s continuous outreach to its customers and investment in its products instills faith in Idera’s ability to maintain its position as a market leader for the foreseeable future. Employee feedback, via surveys, is reviewed with several suggestions being implemented. I have also observed the effort to match the tenure and style of manager with the experience level of sales reps which is good for each employee as well as the company overall.
