      Pros

      Technology, location and potential during the initial formation of the company. Decent benefits that went down. Had a nice product portfolio.

      Cons

      Management was clueless and full of cronyism. Lack of vision. Knee jerk way of doing business. Too many hangers on in senior management who were too removed to be able to make decent decisions. Unethical HR/management.
