      They pay on time so far

      They don't offer any benefits in NC. No PTO and as a subcontractor for a federal organization, I'm forced to take off federal holidays. The federal employees and contractors get PTO but not me. Feels like I'm getting shafted. When I asked them about PTO, their response was that NC doesn't require them to provide PTO. What BS response. Unfortunately, that seems to be the norm with Indian led recruitment companies.

      Free lunch if you arrive on time

      Cons

      they will market your profile after your joining in Idexcel for different client Bond agreement of 1 year. (don't sign otherwise you have to pay atleast 25k USD) Have to come office daily around 8 A.M They will insist you to move to Herndon Virgin so don't fall in the trap.

      - Only pro I think was my monthly Salary used to come on time w/o delay.

      - False promises - Hidden terms, which you will know only when applied to you. - Lack of transparency - Lack of professionalism - Better healthcare benefits are for VA state employees only.
