      Pros

      Great company to work for! Ignite is partially owned by employees, which makes it a unique place to work. I know my dedication has a direct impact on the companies' performance.

      Cons

      No more than you'd find with any company. At least Ignite provides opportunities for employees to express feedback and they try to take it into account when making decisions.

      Pros

      Seem to care more than past contract holders and have delivered as promised so far.

      Cons

      Lure of BCBS was great until discovering it was high deductible w/ HSA but co. contributes to HSA to take the sting out of the amount and the 80/20 coverage.
