Pros

Great culture and team. Great perks and a great leadership team.

Cons

Can sometimes be a little 'startup' still in regards to projects. But at the same time, agility is often a great thing for companies this size.

Thank you for your recommendation! As you've described, we are proud of the team and culture we've built at Ignition. This stems from our leadership team throughout the entire company. As you've highlighted, being a fast growing SaaS business means being agile and fast. We recognize this pace can be abrupt at times, but, we aim for all of our employees to understand the rationale behind these decisions. Thank you again for your review & and for being a part of our team.

Thank you for your review of your time working at Ignition. We're happy to hear that you enjoyed the people you worked with at Ignition, along with finding our flexible working arrangements valuable. We equally appreciate the feedback around our compensation, and it is worthwhile to note that we run local market data each quarter to ensure we remain competitive when it comes to our compensation & reward packages. We are sorry to hear that you feel micromanagement is a con at Ignition. Our goal is to foster a supportive and empowering environment where all employees can thrive and feel trusted in their roles. However, there may be times where more hands-on management from our front line leaders is required (ie: during development/training opportunities, to meet goals, etc). We do have internal feedback mechanisms to gather feedback more often to address concerns as well. Thank you again for your review.

We are currently working internally on how best to prioritize goals and projects, to ensure all employees are aware of Ignition's top priorities and goals. We have made leaps in this space, with room for continued improvement. As you've also described, we understand how important it is to feel connected and integrated within your team, especially as Ignition operates as a globally distributed workforce. Creating a cohesive and collaborative environment, regardless of location, is a top priority for us, and we continue to iterate on our in-person collaboration efforts to bring our global team together thoughtfully.
