Thank you for the review! We can agree that as a growing SaaS business, our style of work can be fast paced. We try to balance this with having our generous time off policies and other wellbeing benefits, along with involved management and senior leadership, to further support our employees.

Pros

Full remote, hybrid and office opportunities, supportive inner climate and meaningful product.

Cons

Within the company, can't really bring anything up, there just isn't an office in the region I am in and sometimes miss the abilities to work together face to face.

Our product is most certainly impactful to our customers, and so hearing that it's equally meaningful to you shows the impact Ignition has. In terms of office space, in keeping with our remote & hybrid working philosophy, we do not have offices in all regions as you've highlighted. We're hoping in 2024 to have more connection opportunities so those who are remote and do not have offices nearby have more face-to-face interactions. As you are a current employee, please keep an eye out on what may be planned for 2024, and do speak with your leader if you would like to discuss further. Thank you again for your feedback!

Pros

I've been working for over a decade, and I've never come across a company as awesome as Ignition. Perks, benefits, salary, management/leadership, growth opportunity, culture. All I could ever dream of having! - work-life balance, can I give a 6/5? :)

Cons

None that I could think of. Honestly!
