Operations Sustaining Leadership a Disaster

The people are still a great part of the company. Dev side of company is a lot more functional and enjoyable.

Cons

Due to leadership, whole engineering teams and their managers have left the company in a very short period of time. Sustaining engineering teams are decimated and there is a refusal to even acknowledge what the actual issues are. The replacement leaders are not competent enough to lead the teams they are in charge of which is causing even more turnover. MTO is currently a terrible work environment with extremely low morale across all groups.

Good campus, current leading products, good mission.

Cons

The company was great. But Most good VPs and above have left, there is a reason for that. The culture has lost its way with the change in leadership. And many who remain are not happy and are looking to leave.
