      Pros

      Still the dominate player in the space but seem to be doing everything possible to change this.

      Cons

      Leadership is trying to manage the stock price rather than the business. They are so bent in “digitizing” reporting that they don’t care about driving the business the right way or real insights. Decisions are made from the top and then leadership wants data to support their decision rather than the real data inform the decision.

      Cons

      Managers are anti disabled employees. People are promoted only if the manager likes them, not on merit.

      it used to be great...

      if you have a good manager, it’s family friendly. if you get assigned to a good project, the work can be quite interesting

      Cons

      there have been a lot of reorgs and the job situation has become more and more unpredictable and unstable. the best people are leaving. Upper management announced a reorg in August and told people that some will become redundant (to be announced in November) in said reorg. this is not a great work atmosphere anymore.
