      Needs to improve environment

      Pros

      The company has some very interesting technology that is leading edge and some employees are very good to work with in a team atmosphere

      Cons

      The downside is that some employees are just looking out for themselves and is not part of a team with citing and talking behind your back when they get a chance; in addition, management needs to improve with treating employees with good ethics and understand that certain employees have families and life after work.

      challenging environment, with complete lack of structure and incompetent management

      Pros

      - work itself is challenging. seems to be a consistent feature for all departments and fields for this company. you won't be bored - you will be working with very bright people - exciting industry with new tech

      Cons

      - virtually non-existent structure. creates serious liabilities on the administrative and auditing sides - company is very management-heavy, with people struggling to retain their titles and justify their titles. This often leads to a very unpleasant political environment - you will be expected to work way beyond normal working hours, and your personal life and time will definetly be sacrificed for little to no reward - Unless you are a director or above, there is not much in the way of recognition for good work or effort put in. - company pays below industry standards. unless you are on the executive team, sales, or R&D you will be paid below industry standard.
